Por. pil. rez. Teodor BUKOWIECKI s. Wacława i Konstancji ze Śniadowiczów, ur. 8 VIII 1897 w Łowiczu. Żołnierz II Korpusu Wschodniego. W WP od 1919. Ukończył Francuską Szkołę Pilotów w Warszawie i Wyższą Szkołę Pilotów w Poznaniu. Uczestnik wojny 1920 w szeregach 6 i 19 eskadr lot. Następnie służył w bydgoskiej Szkole Pilotów, 1 p. lot. i 4 p. lot. Od 1925 w rezerwie. W 1939 przydzielony do Bazy Lot. nr 1. Przedsiębiorca.
