Mjr pil. Bolesław GODLEWSKI s. Ignacego i Anny z Najszwenterów, ur. 1 VIII 1894 w Witebsku. W WP od 1919 na froncie bolszewickim. W latach 1921?1925 w IX dyonie samoch. Ukończył Centralną Szkołę Pilotów Lot. (1926) i kurs dców eskadr. Do 1931 pozostał jako instruktor w szkole, potem przeniesiony do 2 p. lot. jako ofic. taktyczny 21 esk., pełniąc następnie różne funkcje w pułku. W 1939 dca oddz. portowego Bazy Lot. nr 2, ostatnio w obronie Lwowa. Odznaczony KW, medalami 1918-1921 i 10-lecia.
