Kpt. obs. Czesław JAGODZIŃSKI s. Antoniego i Michaliny z Kańskich, ur. 5 III 1905 w Białej Cerkwi na Ukrainie. W 1923 przyjechał z rodziną do Polski. W 1926 ukończył gimnazjum w Krzemieńcu, w 1929 OSLot. Przydzielony został do 1 p. lot. w stopniu ppor. obs. Od 1935 ofic. inform. pułku, a następnie Bazy Lot. nr 1, bdd.
