Służył w 9 pac. Por. mianowany od 1 I 1924. W 1926 ukończył Szkołę Pilotów w Bydgoszczy i został przydzielony do 4, naste˛pnie 6 p. lot. Odznaczony MN, SKZ. Miał żone˛ Irenę oraz córkę Zofie˛ i syna Ryszarda.
