    Sierżant-mechanik Franciszek Cejman służył w Oficerskiej Szkole Obserwatorów Lotniczych w Toruniu. W dniu 9 kwietnia 1920 r. zginął śmiercią lotnika w Toruniu w czasie lotu służbowego wraz z sierż. pil. Andrzejem Kołodziejczykiem na samolocie Albatros CL II. Przyczyną wypadku było zerwanie się linek steru wysokości.
