    Sz. Panie Wiesławie,    
    Adjudant-chef Jan Raszewski urodził się w Kaliszu 12.05.1891. Nie powrócił z lotu bojowego 01.08.1918. Samolot spadł na teren zajęty przez wojska niemieckie. Zgłoszono go jako zaginionego następnego dnia, tj. 02.08.1918.
